_____________________________________________________________________________________ 02/05/2007 - NEW ROUTE MODEL 2007 - Regional Couriers are proud to announce the launch of our new route model for 2007. Beginning Tuesday, February 6th, the structure of our routes is changing. In the past, routes have been formatted in a manner that allowed one courier to have multiple tasks while at one facility. We have taken that route model and modified it to provide a better, more constructive service to all areas. In lieu of multiple schedules with various pick-up times, we have taken an approach built more around the Federal Express or UPS Models. All Laboratory and Pathology stops have been removed from these routes and we will provide them with dedicated services that will not interfere with this service model. Your departments will now have a 16 hour turn-around-time. One pick-up time at the end of the business day and one delivery time first thing in the morning. The official launch date will be Tuesday, February 6th 2007. Please help us communicate this to any and all who might be affected.
